Purpose-built for constipation

Poopaya isn't a general health app with a bowel section bolted on. Every part of it is designed around constipation and the issues that come with it, grounded in clinical research.

A stopwatch showing a two-second tracking time

Seconds, not minutes

Log a movement in under 10 seconds. Add symptoms, diet, medications or sleep when you want to, and skip them when you don't. It never feels like work.

Real progress, not just data

Poopaya surfaces the patterns you'd miss on your own, like which foods line up with your worst days, whether sleep affects your regularity, and whether a new approach is actually working.

How it works

  1. Log it

Tap the papaya button and record your movement. Poopaya captures what matters in a few seconds.

  2. Build the picture

Add context whenever you like, such as what you ate, how you slept and what you're taking. Even quick logs add up to meaningful data.

  3. See what's working

Patterns emerge on their own. See how symptoms connect to habits, which changes help, and how your gut health is trending.

Why we took it on

Constipation is uncomfortable to live with and embarrassing to talk about, so most people put up with it quietly. It’s also becoming more common. Millions of people already live with it, and GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro are adding many more every month. We wanted to build something good for a problem nobody likes to bring up, and make it approachable enough that people would actually open it.

Getting someone to download a health app is hard. Getting them to keep using it is harder. Tracking only pays off after weeks of entries, and most health apps are abandoned long before then. So Poopaya keeps every log down to a few seconds, never makes it feel like a chore, and shows progress early enough that it’s worth coming back.

Spotting patterns isn’t enough on its own, because people want to know what to do about them. We did deep research into the clinical evidence on what actually relieves constipation, and used AI to sift through it and surface the approaches with real support behind them. Then we turned the findings into practical guidance: what to try, how to try one change at a time, and how to tell whether it’s working.

Private by design
Your data stays on your device. There's no account to create and nothing is uploaded or shared.
Free to use
Core tracking is free with no trial or time limit. Poopaya Gold adds charts, insights, Face ID lock and extra reminders for those who want them.
Built for GLP-1 side effects too
Constipation is the most persistent side effect of GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro. Poopaya tracks doses right alongside movements.
A tracker, not a treatment
Poopaya isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It helps you see your own patterns, and bring better notes to your doctor.
